I love this quote from Alan Weiss.

How many times have you been on a call with a prospective client, perhaps you've just talked them through a proposal, and you leave the ball in their court to get back to you at some point in the future?

And then you wait and wait and wait.

When you have your prospect on a call or in the room with you, don't let the opportunity pass to get the next date in the diary.
