Striking a chord?

One thing that made me really happy recently was when someone I had contacted via email about my business responded, "everything you say on your site certainly strikes a chord" and that they would love to meet me.

It felt great because it meant I was speaking their language - they saw their own problems reflected on my website. And that by talking to me, they might find solutions.

Is your website doing the same?

When potential clients visit, can they recognise their challenges and see that you potentially have the answers?

Or are you just listing services?

Winning new business is tougher if you merely present a shopping list of items.

Connecting your offerings to pain points makes it easier to engage prospects and convert them into clients.
